Systemic Therapy

Understanding the Person in Relationship

Systemic Therapy is based on the principle that we are all part of networks of relationships — with family, partners, friends, and other social groups — and that these connections have a direct impact on our emotional well-being. Rather than focusing solely on the individual in isolation, this approach broadens the lens to consider patterns of interaction, communication, and attachment that repeat throughout life.

In my clinical work, I use a systemic perspective to help clients understand how their past experiences and current relationships influence their emotions, choices, and behaviors. This outlook makes it possible to identify deeper, more lasting paths of change, fostering balance, clarity, and new possibilities for connection — both with oneself and with others.
